House of Anubis Fanfic: Chapter 2: House of Names"Remember, Leslie, that I own you!" Rufus lashed out at me while I was cringing in the corner of the old, rickety house."I hate you!" I howled. "God, what do you want with me, Rufus?" Rufus scowled at me."I told you to call me Rene! You weren't even supposed to find out my real name!" he snarled."Ugh, you can't possibly like that name! It's absurd! And I can't take you seriously!" I retorted."Just do as your told, and no-one gets hurt!" he snapped."Touchy, aren't we? Here's an idea! Why don't we drop the ridiculous names; you call me Leslie, like I told you, and I'll call you Rufus, or Zeno, or even "Master"! That's better than Rene!" I made a face when I spoke "Rene"."Fine. I'll call you as you want, and you can do the same!" I thought about this."Ok, but can you want something cooler than Rene? Or at least a guy's name. Like Rex!" Rufus rolled his eyes."Alright, call me Roy.""Roy?" Rufus nodded."How 'bout Troy?" Rufus exhaled, exasperated."Whatever!" he stalked to the back

HoA Fanfic: Chapter 14: House of CupcakesI woke up with my arms tied down tightly to a table. "W-Where are we?" I stammered. I heard Mia groan next to me, and turned my head to look at her. In front of me, I saw a cart with a white sheet over it. We heard a giggle. Pinkie. Mia looked at me, tears free-falling from her eyes like wet skydivers."Goodie! You're awake! Now we can get started!" she said, bouncing next to me. She grinned at us happily, then walked over to her table, picking up two jars; I couldn't see what was in them from here."W-What's in t-that?!""Oh, nothing..." said Pinkie. She took the jar's lid off. It was a...bug? The little bug landed on my hand. I looked over at it, eyes wide."Awwww!" I said, to the bug, smiling. Mia started squirming against her ropes."Leslie! Don't trust it! Anything of Pinkie's is EVIL!" Mia cried. Pinkie removed the sheet from the cart with a flourish. There were sharp, lethal-looking knives."Pinkie? What are those?" I asked her, the bug still on my finger.
